—West of Uptown, beyond Wesley Heights and Seversville
—Not part of the Wesley Heights historic district
—Streetcar access is address-dependent — verify routes
Enderly Park is a west Charlotte neighborhood that sometimes gets folded into broader 'West End' descriptions. It has its own history, housing patterns, and community organizations, and it is not part of Wesley Heights or its historic designation.
Housing patterns
Expect mostly single-family homes on a variety of lot sizes, with some renovation and new construction. Ask about foundation, roof, and system ages as you would anywhere.
Uptown and streetcar access
Driving is the most common way residents reach Uptown. Bus service and the Gold Line may be options depending on address — use the CATS trip planner rather than assumptions.

Property-specific due diligence
- Look up the parcel in Mecklenburg County Polaris to confirm the legal address, zoning, and any overlay.
- Check whether the parcel is inside a local historic district or carries landmark or National Register status — these are separate designations.
- Review FEMA and county floodplain maps for the parcel itself; proximity to a creek or greenway is not a flood determination.
- Confirm school assignment directly with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools; assignments can change.
- Measure the actual walking route to any streetcar stop or bus stop you plan to use, including crossings.
